Looking At Getting A Big Turbo

hey guys need some suggestions... looking at changing the turbo on my r33 series 2 98 model gts-t skyline.

wanting about 300kw at the wheels and not too lagy turbo. i want the boost to kick in at about 3500 or 3800 rev's

i already have internal mods done on the car like forge piston and fuel pump, bigger rods and bigger throttle body and hi-flowed injectors and also run a haltex computer on the car

so im just wondering what turbo should i go for.. looking at the brand Garrett.

any sort of help or suggestions on what size turbo to go for would be great.
