R34 Turbo Issue

Hay guys I have had boost issues previously , I had the exhaust gasket on the turbo replaced and changed all the nuts of the flange to lock nuts. Today when I drove the car even in low or high boost it has a screetching sound very disturbing. I have a manual boost controller set at 10psi bit on my boost gauge now with this noise it hits about 6-7psi. I have no smoke coming out or anything like that so what do you guys think?

might be a section of the turbine or comp wheel cracked off causing the rotor to go out of its balancing cycle that causes vibration on high shaft speed result in a siren noise?

I hope not that sounds costly? New turbo ? Or is it repairable

All good turns out to be the exhaust gasket again

If the gasket failed a second time is it possible that the exhaust side of the turbo is warped etc? Or just bad luck with the new gasket, it looks like the top of the metal gasket in the middle is bent an not sitting flush between the turbo exhaust flange, all lock nuts still appear to be tight
