Since my R33 is my daily, its done quite a few miles; unfortunately my clutch has worn out as a consequence :/

Ive had a little trouble looking for a replacement clutch

so i was wondering if any one knows if a RB20DE clutch is the same as the RB20E

I figure only the top end of the engines and the internals would be different, but then again i can be sure.

Cheers

Probably try a nissan dealership - best buy a stock clutch, at least the part will be guaranteed to be correct.

off topic - wow an RB20E - how's the economy? Wouldn't be difficult to drive ie. rather slow.

Cheers

The 20e is not to bad on fuel I can usually squeeze 500 out if a tank before I get the fuel light.

As for performance, its a pain in the a**. Pritty gutless, but since I'm on my P's I can't drive a turbo so I'm putting up with it untill I get my fulls and get a real skyline haha.

What do you mean a 'real skyline'. So what if yours is NA its still a skyline.

In fact i'm sick of people hanging shit on NA Skylines all together.

Sure performance wise the NA's have nothing, but congratulations, you can get to the speed limit a second faster than me. Good Work :/

Not only that but NA Skylines are alot rarer than your run of the mill GTST.

I don't think ill ever turbo my Skyline (R32 GTS) purely for the fact of these cars are getting rarer to find, mainly as they are getting either written off by some wanker doin' fully hectic skids, or majority of people turbo them.

Thats my 2c worth anyway. Be proud of your NA. I know i am.

Don't get me wrong mate I love my car but as you said it's the peope that hang shit on them that get you thinking.

Especially when you own one running a 20e makes it just that little bit harder to find parts for.

I don't think I'll be letting go of my gts (all that first car stuff) I'd be buying a second car.

But I can see where your coming from I spose they are going to become more rare especially one has been looked after.
