you basically have ignored every answer you've received, is this a build thread or a question thread???

Just to clear things up. My machinist is doing as follows. Bore/hone/shave the block, install crank collar, remove aluminum plugs and install grub screws in crank, polish/balance crank, install new crank bearings, put pistons on the rods, install pistons/crank into block.

I will get the block back and install the oil pump and water pump, bolt the head and sump on, install the timing belt, install timing cover/can covers. Bolt engine to gearbox and put the whole thing in the car.

Have I missed anything that the machinist should be doing?

Not all of it, I haven't paid for the bearings, grub screwing, crank bush or balancing yet.

It's going straight from my garage to the dyno to make sure my tune is safe enough for the run in. I can't think of anything that could go wrong but who knows anything is possible.
