A rwd may very well win this deca BUT the question is which rwds will come close and complain about not winning? Theres a few on the list...

Will be a fun one :)

i hope so too lol.

i was already goin to winton to pit crew on the sun so i thought i may aswell enter deca and make it a wk end of it.

Stay saturday night... you'll love it.

It's the other half for deca.... :cheers:

I'm not sure if this is meant to be some big secret or anything....anyway

Anyone who has been to DECA before, this DECA has a little twist in it, well several new little twists....

We are going to need a couple more helpers on the day to run this section of the day, wayno will have a thread up soon. So bring ya mate or gf/bf along to help out.

They could win $50 worth of fuel, just for helping out.

      If the slightly higher internal EGR caused by a high flow cat causes detonation your tuner was way, way, way too aggressive to begin with. Timing scatter is a problem unless you go to a crank trigger, winter vs summer blend has different octane, list goes on.

      The H1 Alpha with the 6.6 Duramax is basically the actual powerplant it needs to be remotely ok to drive on public roads. It's just not worth the cost to buy a real one. Humvees look cool but man the reality of them is depressing. Grunts aren't kind to them but they aren't that reliable either, they have horrible payload despite absolutely massive size, zero actual armor against mines/small arms, absolutely anemic naturally aspirated diesels, list goes on.

      Would it be stupid to twin charge a skyline? Would that be possible/practical to do on an rb engine?

      It's a fun daydream but personally just looking at OEM implementations of twincharged engines like the recent Volvo engines it makes my head hurt. So, so much complexity compared to even other GDI turbo inline 4s.
