Hicas Light Came On Now Car Wont Start

hey ppl, driving my car home today, drive along no problens nxt min i try accelrate and no go, so i put it in neutral and car stalls so i rolled to side of the road, waited abit tryed again car is cranking but not firing, note i didnt hav enough tools to pull the coil packs out to check for spark,

im leading to a fuel pump issue, i cant hear my fuel pump priming or buzzin away, its a walbro 550 pump prob less then 4000ks,

also have a hkb boss kit i dun kno if that will help, ive had the hicas light come on before but neva killed the car

what happened was fuel pump stopped working,

checked my fueses founf blown 15amp fuse

replaced and checked

turn ignition on and blown fuel pump again

so pulled fuel pump out and bench tested pump

pump was working fine, put the fuel pump in and bang she started

so my guessin is fuel tank has rust in it and fuel pump sucked up some rust and jammed the pump
