Hey I've just bought a Orc twin plate clutch for my rb20 r32 and would like to know where to get a thrust bearing from and if it's stock Nissan spec or if I have to find one supplied buy Orc to suit? And help or info would help me much!

Quite sure standard Nissan thrust bearing will be the go as you are putting in the same type (push)clutch as stock. It is only if you are changing clutch type from push to pull that you require the specific ORC movement adapter kit which comes with a fork and thrust etc..

Depending on the clutch itself, you will need different height carrier and bearing. I have the manual for the 709D if its the same, gives the relevant nissan part numbers needed for different heights. If you bought it new, the manual will come with the clutch.
