Ended up having to work all weekend to get a job out before Monday so I ran out of time :-( but if I get everything sorted ill be at it on the weekend :-)

Did u plumb ur screamer back ? Did it affect boost control at all

Yeah finished it yesterday boost comes on a lot smoother now strangly. No boost spikes either sits at 14 flat even at top rpm I'll post some finished photos my cooler piping looks shit but can't afford to buy the material to finish it so what I got will do for now.

Nah bro I just haven't been able to due to some dramas at work ..... I cant take it in because someone has been stealing tools so they are not letting anyone do jobs on the side or loan out tools ATM and I don't have a way of preheating or drilling the hole :-( .... It suck us good ones get punished for stupid shot others do :-(

Ps heat shield looks good red mate I'd leave it hahah

i no the feeling i got sacked from one job cos i found the guy that was stealing tools so i took all his and handed them out to the boys that had theres taken then he confrunted me so i knocked him fair is fair i think. do you have a welder at home if so then you can use your oven pre heat to 200 or so will work. as for the hole take it to a machiene shop and they can mill it shouldnt be expensive

Yeah mate it suck working with low life's :-(....

I have a mig and ac dc tig at home blake slowly starting to get my tools together ...

didnt even think of using my oven :-) gotta start thinking out side the box a bit more I think

I will go round to some machineing shops Friday after work seen as I can't get on the mill at work ;-)

Thanks heaps for all the help mate

you can buy those little mini oxy style burners at bunnings pretty cheap would do the job..or if your missus wont let you use the oven just use bbq briquettes in a webber or even a dirt pit you will have it glowing red hot in no time
