What i would do is buy an 09 model and get the internal tune specs and xterior front lights to match the 2012 model. Samething at the end

Only diff is the chassis is older and maybe has higher kms.. thats ok with me as i look after my cars like they are my mother.

No where near the same thing.

The difference between S1 and S3 is a lot bigger than you think it is. It's chalk and cheese. Seriously, go for a belt in an S1, then strap yourself into an S3 and then come back and say they're basically the same thing.

That's not the way I understand it. Slight model improvements in each year but I don't know if chalk and cheese is appropriate considering they have the same running gear. Time and time again it has been proven that with mods they all end up at the same performance level it's just that the 08-10 see more gains for the same amount of mods.

that craig applebys (golfers) bmw ute. was built in deni and displayed there for the first time. to have money and cut up a bmw just for something differant would be great
