Coil Pack Issues, Wrong Loom?

Hi everyone

I just tryed changing my coil packs to SplitFires. got them all in just to find out that the locater lugs on the side of the new coils are lower then the originals.

I have been assured that the are the right type of coilpack for my model, Looking at the coil loom im thinking that it may have been chopped and rewired to a new set of conectors.

Any one got any ideas??

My car is a R33 GTS-T 1994 S1

not much you can do besides go back to the guy you bought them from and showing him the difference. good luck dude

Are they series 2 coils trying to fit to a series 1 skyline or vice versa

Well found that my S1 engine has had an S2 coilpack conversion. So got a set of S2 coils and is now running a treat.
