Apexi Fc Pro

I'm not sure where to start this topic so im sry if it is placed wrong. let me know and i will start it in the correct field.

I have just acquired an 89 hr32 rb20det, it has an apexi fc pro in it and have no idea as to how it works. I have been looking around the net for manuals but havent been able to find one. Could anyone plz help me with finding one or better yet could you plz tell me how it works and how to tune the car with it.

First thing that i am looking at is idle hunting, the car is hunting when ever i come to a stop or start the car and im curious as to why this is, if it needs attention and if it should be changed.

you obviously didnt look too hard as there is heaps of PFC info on here. look up Paulr33 and he has links. also DIY section there is some info

on the rev/idle setting, 1st option is your rev limit, 2nd one is the one to change for your launch limit rev

it will only be active when speed is zero and once moving your normal rev limit is in efffect

I teckon ya best bet is to start with the basics like cleaning the aac valve check for vacuum leaks and even check out ya pcv b4 u start looking to tamper with ya pfc mate

Its a good ECU have one on my 33GTR sounds awesome on the launch limiter
