R34 Ecu Swap Problems

I fitted a stock turbo, afm and injectors to my manual r34 gtt, i managed to get a stock ecu to replace my nistuned one. After installing the stock ecu i get tcs off and slip lights on, these are on constantly. Getting an error code of 17. Thinking it was electrical i just the throttle body to make sure i had connected everything electrical up correctly. This didnt help, So I then tried resetting the factory ecu by taking the negative terminal off and pumping the brakes a few times, but to no avail. I put my nistune ecu back in and the lights arent there (runs rough as its tuned for another turbo) but lights are off. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, as im out of ideas.
