Need Help Booking Deca, $$$ For Whoever Can Help!

Hey guys.

Well not many of you may have heard of the club, still growing with just over 140 people, we are planning our first Drift event at DECA on 26th of this month.

ALL NON-TURBO cars with 6cyl or less may attend. Entry is $150 for the day. All AASA/CAMS guidelines apply on the day.

HOWEVER, the venue is booked and ready to go, but we have no clerk for insurance in order to be covered on the day. i'm just wondering if anyone on here is happy to come to the event to be the clerk for the insurance. MUST HAVE ORGANISED PAST EVENTS IN ORDER TO BE CLERK! the person WILL be payed $300 for the day and have FREE entry into the event!

Are you booking it via CAMS or AASA?

If you are booking it - You become the clerk. Kinda defies logic when to gain experience, you must therefore organise...

That said, I'm happy to come up and do it on one condition...

A sit down with other organisers is sorted out preferably this weekend (Sun) or next weekend before to fully understand how the day will run, what you've organised etc. Not walking into it blind
