I've got a bit of time to play around now that uni has finished for the year

I've got a mate who plays around with carbon a fair bit (makes model yachts)

Who would be keen on a carbon dayz replica? (you need a dayz front bar for this)

Carbon fibre roof rack delete panels would be a perfect idea id be keen on one for sure.

yeah id be keen to if the price is right. Would you be looking at making some of the other dayz carbon parts? ie the bits on the rear side windows id be keen for those to.

i'll have to sit down with my mate who does carbon work and work out the price

i'd say materials would be around $100 mark (1 sqm of carbon + resin)

then add labour on top (this would be a bit, there is a fair bit of work to get the initial one done)

those are some eyelids i made for my corolla (got a bit bored lol), not too game to do it on the stagea due to the plastic lenses (if someone donates some headlights to the cause i can knock some out tho

i don't think roof rack covers will be possible tho, too complex

+1 i wish i could afford a days kit. if someone donates some roof rails to me I can probably make something to suit carbon fibre wrapping.

I've been without my car all year (it stayed behind in qld while i went to tas for uni)

maybe over summer i might be able to get something made as i will be working for a boat builder

i will have to see how much i can get away with tho so it could take a while

ill make roof rails if you guys want, i just need a template, i will be making the rear window door plastic things too.
