Cop Car Too Low?

This car is clearly too low, well beyond the legal limit of 100mm....i thought it was same rules for everybody correct me if im wrong...? Comments/opinions?

Cops are dickheads!....just saw 6 cops jaywalking down queen st. Last sat nyt while some people shouting jay walking to them and did not care at all!!!

Yep, exactly that. Car is on a slope.

Also people need to actually READ up on the 100mm law. It's 100mm on in certain points depending on the wheelbase of the car etc.
