Hey, lately ive been looking around at all types of cars,

But.

seeing the prices's of N/A r34's are ridiculous.

15k-18k, really?

back in NZ you could pick one up for 9k in great condition.

and better yet pick up a tidy r32 GTR for the same price.

anyways thats my little hissy fit for the day haha.

would be good to see what people have to say about this.

I agree.

$15k - $18k?! Yes that is ridiculous!

Fucking bullshit, in fact

I would not pay anymore then $9k considering it being in top condition or I'd pay around $7k - $8k.

And I love all the comments how they can justify selling it for prices from $15k - $18k.

yeah thats the thing that has me scratching my head.

im too worried about buying a turbo'd car

as most are less expensive than N/A's

i guess at the end of the day as long as its checked out all good,

theres no problem with a cheap deal?

i still think this is ridiculous haha.

cheers for the input

Are you interested in a NA R34 mate?

Mine is for sale. PM me for info.

No offence mate, but theres no reason for me to be interested in a N/A when i can drive turbo?

plus i would never pay that amount for a non turbo r34. thats why i posted this thread.

Just checking lol.

First of all; This is Australia, not New Zealand. You can't buy imports for f**k all here like over there.

And in Queensland (where i'm from, obviously) the current p-plate laws make N/A skylines more desirable then they ever were. Prior to july 2007, no one had a reason to import a non-turbo skyline, apart from if they wanted to be crap. With the new laws, it was all p-platers could drive. So there was less people wanting to purchase turbo cars (key demographic - 17-20 years old has been ruled out) and more wanting to purchase N/A skylines, which there were less of in the country.

Supply and demand. Non-turbo silvias and skylines are selling for as much now as they were in 2006 roughly.

At the end of the day, something it only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
