Nismo model R35 2013 mmmm instant racecar

Bought my 2003 V35 350GT Coupe 7 months ago with 70,000km on the clock for exactly $21,000 bone stock. I was silly and did not look around enough for a better deal on a V35. I should have known better, i sell cars for a living,

Only problems it had, worn comp rod bushing, drivers side window motor on it's way out, slight grind into 5th gear..

All have been fixed up and a few more mods added, apart from that slight grinding into 5th.. need it sorted though.

Whoever said a few pages back that cars on car yards are sold for around $5k+ profit is accurate, most of the vehicles i get in my yard are brought into stock 5-10k more than what it owes depending on the vehicle of course.

As for trade-in's. you will ALWAYS LOSE MONEY if you trade in your car rather than selling it privately. We have to be able to sell the car, therefore it must have profit. Plus if there's things that need doing to the car before it can be sold in order to avoid a stat warranty nightmare, then you will lose even more money as it will come out of our pocket.

That doesn't sound too bad at all. Some decent goodies, not cheap by any means but not overly expensive either.

Paid a bit over $16k for a fairly clean R32 GTR about 9 months ago.

Might have been a bit too much, but it's a 1994, and I haven't really had any major issues... which is better than the "bought a GTR two weeks ago and just spun a main bearing" horror stories.

Paid $16.5k - R34 Gtt

94,000 on the clock

Very clean and tidy with all log books.....hell even the original mats look like they are brand new

Dvd player

Everything else absolutely stock apart from the NIsmo dash

Black r33 gtst 1993 series 1 model

bought 3 months ago $2,500.

105xxx on the clock

pretty much stock,

17" wheels and low profiles, turbo, body kit blow off valve, coil overs and neons, 3" exhaust mandrel bent, some big as pod filter, wing, turbo timer,

Previous owner couldnt pay the mechanic for work done on the car, it sat in the shop for 2 years, the guy signed the car over to the mechanic to sell and recoup what he is owed, and i pinched it for a mere $2,500.

cant complain about that.

One mans loss is another mans gain

:)

Paid 9.5k for a 40th anniversary R33, bog stock. I was looking for 2-3 months, I think I looked at just about every 33 that was on carsales (series 1 and 2).

97,000kms (genuine? who knows)

Manual

Mint interior

Exterior 8/10, getting r/h/r quater resprayed (I'm a picky bastard  )

I was actually surprised at just how many 33's out there that are just sh*t and have alot of issues, alot look good in pics but are complete rubbish in real life, crunching gearboxes, dodgy resprays, bent chassis rails and/or completely non existent sills, makes you wonder who actually buys these, not that mines perfect but still didn't expect it to be so hard to find a good 33 that wasnt completely demo'd, considering the amount of 33's around.
