R34 Gtt Engine Difference?

I was looking at different r34 GT-T's on carsales and I saw that this r34 had this type of engine engine 1. I was wondering is this also a RB25DET NEO6 like this engine engine 2?? From my research, I've only seen r34's with the 2nd engine. Can someone tell me the difference between the 2 please.

If you are in Aust the r34 must have the neo in it, emmision regulation don't allow you to legally fit an older model engine than the one in came out of the factory with so r34's have neo.

You were most probably looking at a neo without the plastic cover fitted.
