R33 Diff & Driveshafts Queries. Advice Greatly Appreciated!

hey guys

i have a 1996 R33 series 2 GTS (non turbo) & when i go out for a slide (drift) it tends to easily lock up both wheels turning right, but left nearly always singles..

is this because it is a LSD that has worn pratically too a OPEN wheeler?

i also know these came optional LSD from factory.. how would you pick it from looking under the car at the outside of the diff?

bolt pattern too the driveshafts, eg. 5 bolts or 3x2 bolts?

if it is a OPEN wheel diff, i have noticed people throw GTS-T diffs in, with the driveshafts..

what else is needed besides the Diff & Driveshafts?

if these could be answer, it would be greatly appreciated guys !!!

Scratch Drive shaft, ment HALF SHAFTS! & do the half shafts go straight into the wheels side?

ive been thinking of putting a lsd in my r33 series 2 gts but i thought maybe not cause in wet not traction control and an lsd would be a bad mix also dont have the money atm but i am very interested in this too so if anyone could help Thanks in advance.

jack car off ground, turn wheel on one side, if the other wheel turns in the same direction then you have an LSD, if its badly worn I guess it might not

GTS-t half shafts are 5 bolt and are thicker then GTS ones. My CV's wouldnt fit on a half shaft i grabbed out of a NA R33 when I needed to get mine going.

So, if i was to put GTS-T half shafts in, so i could run the LSD diff.. the halfshaft ends wouldnt fit into my GTS CV joints?

CV's are fitted to the shafts

Unsure if the 5x1 bolt pattern is the same on the diff end or the spines on the hub end as the gts-t ones

Im doing the lsd conversion atm. only thing im unaware of is will the 5 bolt shafts fit in my na wheel hub. due to it being 4stud. maybe its smaller? i will find out for sure next week.

i have a r33 gts with the rb20e.my diff acts like a lsd with the "turn one wheel and if the other turns the same direction its a lsd"test.its also has the 3x2 halfshaft bolt patern.

just use complete half shafts, NA lsd usually 6 bolt, turbo 5 bolt, diff spline different, hub spline same (except gtr), 20e will struggle to spin 2 wheels so will prob no wheel instead of 1 wheel
