Ok just did all the cv boots on the front shafts. Put it all back together and have a rotational vibration. Checked over everything and everything is tight, cant see anything a miss. Had someone run the car all jacked up with front wheels off at about 20kph just so that the front shafts start turning and you can see from the front diff to the rhf rotor is isn't balanced properly.

The only thing that I can think of is, I did take the sandwich plate off the rh side of the diff. Is there any sort of bearing that keeps the shaft properly balanced on this plate? I had a look around and couldn't see anything in the work area.

Before I did the cv boots the was no vibration at all, car drove beautifully.

Any insight would be much appreciated.
