Greetings from a new member!

Have just bought my first Skyline a 1998 R32 GTS-t RB20DET

I've just got it home and preparing to take it it on its first run, checked the oil, coolant and tyres, but for the life of me I can't find the dam wheel brace, where should I look?

Regards

Mike.

Should be in a black bag, in the boot check the spare wheel area under the carpet or the little compartment (plastic panel with a lift up tab) on the passenger side (where the jack will be hidden)

In the previous owners garage sounds like the go, geez you can't trust anyone, especially your rellies. Found the jack, and have looked most other places, hmm time to source a replacement.

Thanks for response guys.

Mike.

Don't bother trying to obtain the standard wheel brace. It's short. Just go get a 1/2" drive breaker bar and suitable socket for your wheel nuts and keep it under the floor mat behind the driver's seat. Much nicer to use, and useful for those road rage days.

And for happiness with jacking, throw out the Nissan sissor jack and grab one from another car that has a hex drive instead of the dicky little pin drive that Nissan use. Then you can either use your breaker bar or a cheap 12V rattle gun to jack the car.

cheers

You might want to get that sorted so you won't be stranded if you get a puncture.

Absolutely, that's the reason I found this forum lots useful info available here.
