Williams remind me of a comapny that I used to work for

In the late 80's they were industry leaders and pioneers of new technologies. In the 90's they were booming! Contract after contract with high profile jobs across Asia. But in the early 2000's for some reason they started to fall away and were left behind technologically. They had a HUGE falling out with a major architectural firm and are now paying the price. Theres now only 14 people working there and soon to be only 12. There used to be almost 80.

How did it all go so wrong and why are they refusing to make any changes to rectify their situation?

Kind of like williams theres a core group of about 7 people that have been there for 20 odd years and seem like, as long as they're safe then to hell with the rest of you.

Its almost an exact match for Williams, and that is some sad shit, because they are capable of so much more

now hamo has reportedly been busy recording an R&B album.

look at the first pic and his legs they are white. he is tanned not black, its all a fake;)

I think Williams signing Senna could be a good move. I think he woul probably come cheap if not bring money, is hungry and I think he proved he may actually have some talent worth fostering. I would never have said that 12 months ago but considering no testing, no seat time and new team...he did amazing (i dont think that is overstating it) job at Renault. He needs to clean up his racing but I think he will be doing the job required of him at Williams...

Hopefully some of the re-structuring going on at Williams will mean the cars speed will get to a place where if a driver like Senna cant deliver the speed and results, then the team will be attractive enough to a gun to come have a steer.

They always seems to start the season off well so I hope that at least scores them something early on

The development race is what kills them, and now with Mercedes picking up the points as often as Ferrari it doesnt look good. Force India are now actually a force and Renault are starting to look good, I dont see 2012 ending much better than 2011

''shakes head''

anyways more good news about kimi.

Kimi Raikkonen is in excellent shape ahead of his Formula One comeback, according to his physio and trainer Mark Arnall.

The 32-year-old Finn, who spent the past two seasons competing in the World Rally Championship, gave everyone at Lotus a bit of a fright when he crashed during a ski trip just weeks after signed a two-year deal with the team.

However, all nerves were quickly settled when it was confirmed that he sustained only a minor wrist injury.

Speaking to Finland's Turun Sanomat, Arnall admitted that they had to alter the training schedule slightly as Raikkonen had a "painful wrist" following his accident.

"The neck and leg training continued," Arnell, who has been working with Raikkonen for almost a decade, said.

"We have made good progress in a positive way, and Kimi is in good shape,"

The 31-year-old has been spending time in a F1 driver-position simulator supplied by Technogym at his Swiss home, and Arnell says it is very close to the real deal.

"He is in the same driving position and the muscle strains are the same as when you are driving," he said.

"Only the neck muscles are not getting the same workout because there are no real g-forces."

Lotus have already confirmed that Raikkonen will have his first spin in an F1 car in more than two years when he tests a two-year-old Renault chassis in Valencia on January 23 and 24.
