I'm in the inner west, around Parramatta area. I can't see any obvious bends but maybe I am looking at the wrong sides... I'm(obviously) looking at the sides of the car which HAVE the extra camber. I can't see anything that looks damaged.

You won't necessarily see such damage. Often in a rear sliding hit, the subframe gets moved relative to the mounts, or arms develop a subtle twist that misaligns stuff but can't really be eyeballed to easily. But an experienced chassis guy can make measurements and see where things are wrong.

And you don't have to call up a bunch of insurance companies. Go around to any small crash shop that you know that has a good rep. They will probably have had to send out cars that they've repaired after a crash to get somthing tweaked up that they couldn't pull out on their own equipment. They will know the good chassis guys.
