Mate try scotts transport in Milperra (they are in the phone book). I have both sent and received stuff (including rims both with and without tyres) through these guys before. Very cheap price. Just ring them and tell them you want a price for a half pallet (or for big rims maybe you'll need a whole pallet) to perth, they'll give you a price. Only catch is you have to drop off at the depo in sydney, and pick-up from the depo in Perth.

PS have only sent stuff through them to Victoria before, so check with them if they do perth. Oh, and as a guide for 4 rims from Melbourne to Sydney cost me $40.
