Boss Kit Removal

Hey,

As the topic says im having trouble removing my boss kit.

I have banged it, wiggled it, hit it(front and back), yelled at it and I have used bearing pullers on it and all I have done is made a imprint on the centre of my bolt... I have came across alot of stupidly hard bearings to get off in the past and heat has always worked but in the car I can't get heat on it or ill melt the plastics. I can't use hydraulic pullers as the other pullers I have used have caused more harm then good so the extra force will only make things worse.

Does anyone have any other ideas....
