Middle Dash Vents No Air?

Hi i have a little problem... For some reason no matter what ive tried i cant get any air to come out of the middle dash vents. Its as if its on low whilst the rest are on high? Every other setting works, but when on face setting only the 2 sides work and the middle vents push out air asif its on low and u cant even feel it.

Ive looked under the steering wheel area and noticed that the hook thingy for the heater isnt on and fell off but that doesnt bother me. ive tried wiggling it around to see if it budges and no luck.

Do i need to pull the whole dash apart to get to the dash vent? or is there anything i can do if i take out the cd player area dash fascia part?

Also the car is a 1994 R33 4door.

Silly but are u sure the vent is all the way. it has a halfway setting which lets out stuff all air. otherwise you should only have to pull the radio/ac etc surround of and you should be able to get to it. unless its blocked further down

yea i have it on full settings. its weird that only the middle vents dont push out the air. even with the main dash area off it only pushes out a little bit of air.
