Is that GTR breather tank go between the battery and radiator support? Ever made one that incorporates coolant overflow for 32's?

Correct it sits infront of the battery behind the radiator support.

I have done a few different coolant/breather tank combinations. Depends how the owner wants it to look.

If you have something in mind I have a few cars here that I can design one with and fabricate to suit your needs.

Ive also done a couple of power steering/ washer resiviour combinations. Havent got any photos of those ill have to take some when that car comes back in next time.

Here's a radiator overflow for an old F350 truck that has just come off the fab bench.

The last of several RB26 dry sump pans that have had to go out prior to the xmas break.

Ive changed the design slightly in the last few weeks. Improved the rear scavenger port location and the supply chamber.

Have a rollcage to do in the insight motorsports S2000 in the coming week.

The current one doesnt allow for much seat positioning.

R34 GTR catch can thats the last fabrication job going out the door for 2011

And one of the concealed breather tube that I try and use most of the time.

Basicly it breathes from the top of the inside but vents out the bottom, so there is no physical vent to be seen.

The R34 GTR one is now a new product that I've just finished doing the drawings for so it can be replicated.

See what I mean about the breather being hidden. There is also a baffled section above the breather.

R32 GTR combination catch cans are a few days away but I've made the first cardboard template

Also working on doing another combination of power steering resiviour and washer bottle to mount on the passengers shock tower.

I couldn't picture how the hidden breather would work but it certainly looks good.

Alloy power steering and washer bottle would be awesome aswell. Look alot better than the standard items

The capacity of those is 3.2L before they leak out the breathers. 3.6L in total but won't hold that.

That exact one the photo above is $330 Inc gst. That doesn't include the hose or hose ends only the tank and welded on fittings.

This is the rest of the R34. Unfortunatly I cant take credit for the rest of the work, it was completed by another place previously.

Doing a cage for one of the managers at wakefield park in his Type R honda integra. Doing a whole IPRA build for him actually but the cage is the beginning.

Brad do you have any pictures of under car surge tanks you have made? And do you have one for a R33 GTSt?

Also do you have the same alloy door trims for an R33 as the S13 ones in your first post?

      find it funny everyone claims different fuel chains, do different things with their fuel blah blah blah. We don't have that many fuel terminals in Australia. The fuel tanker trucks drive into the terminal, fill up, and drive directly to the service station and dump out. The majority of fuel you get, is coming out of the same terminals. The variation is actually at the individual service stations and how good their tanks are, as well as how much turn over they actually have. Older fuel stations, that haven't had their tanks replaced are going to end up with the worst fuel. Also a lot of older stations have shit design, and shit maintenance, and end up with more water absorption into the tank. This is when you then get a bad batch of fuel. Other shit things happen, like tanker drivers have a f**k up, and starting to unload the wrong compartment on their truck into the wrong tank.

      This one?? In other news: I cannot tell the difference between my red MX5 with the silver grey hard top......... and the Ferrari 599XX EVO, they might as well be twins, well.......apart from the big wang hanging off the back of the Ferrari...🤔🤣, without the wing they are identical

      I think you'll find we're confused about what you were trying to do and how you were doing it. I would have thought that block rigidity was something you measured while loading the block in beam or in torsion, and that you would do so before and after grout filling, to see if putting material in there created a "composite" construction with the expected rigidity increase. Notwithstanding that the true function of grout is less about gross rigidity than local (ie preventing bore deflection/splitting and tying the bores to the main bearing locations a little better, etc etc). It is nearly impossible to follow your description of what you've done without closing ones eyes and making "aliens" hand shapes in front of oneself to try to follow the manipulations you've made. It's still unclear to me what you were trying to prove.
