Disgraceful...

I was burnt from a member on another forum, did the right thing and went to my local court and did my own civil claim against him. Went over to his house, handed him the papers for the claim, went back to court and told them the papers were served. By the time I got home he had sent me a PM saying he'll refund the money ASAP - didn't hold my breath...

About a month later I returned back to court telling them no resolution and they sent a local court officer over to inform him that if it wasn't resolved then they would be repossession his stuff and selling it to pay me back. Was later told that no one was home and the place appeared abandoned ... yeah right...

Waited a few months - wasn't in need of the money so wasn't a big priority, drove past his place and low and behold he was still living there. Went back to court to tell them this and they sent another court officer over. Got a phone call from him saying to come over and get the money. Went over and his dad was there - he was mega pissed at his son because it dragged out so long as the court officer was about to start taking their stuff! Classic, got my cash and left...

So, to people reading this, pop down to your local court and speak with a civil claims register and get the ball rolling. Do it legally and do it right, get all your shit together like transactions, emails, receipts ect ect so you have a file on hand. You don't need to present it when you make the claim but it's good to have it ready. It doesn't take that long and it isn't expensive. You're also entitled to INTEREST.

Brad, if you read this - if you don't want your equipment seized and auctioned off to repay the people you've taken money from without supplying the goods they paid for then I suggest you pull your finger out of your arse and start taking steps to repay or supply what they've paid for. Your business could very easily be closed down very quickly if you ignore it and you will have absolutely nothing.

Check out post 306

And then travel down to post 313 to see a comment in regards to people on here who are defending him

f**k me... Tomorrow ill post picks of the quality work I paid for in advance to only to have my car rusting out the front of his house/workshop

I don't keep my text messages but I'm sure if I cold be bothered ( to actually ask for them) I can write a 4 year timeline of bs about my car and progress that didn't happen

Fatz are you implying anythjng about me regarding that post?

Yes i spoke to him re the situation but I dont know what he is on about that I was apologising. Why would I apologise for anything??

Re me pleading his case I merely stated the sumps had been sitting on the bench and Brad should have finished them and sent them off. I actually agreed with him and said it want good. That is what I wrote here earlier ie that I saw the sumps on the bench!!

He had a friend with him that stated his role was to help manage his own fabrication business ie workshop and customer management etc etc and that is what brad was lacking, I simply agreed.

It was obvious he was upset that my car was getting worked on and others wasn't. Whilst I feel for those guys it's not my fault.

Just read what darwinchops wrote; I have no idea who that bloke is and frankly I don't care, but 'constant defence of character''?? Just to clarify for the 10th time, I am only stating my own personal experience with the guy, why can't people get that through their heads????

Update: i still havent been sent my surge tank after getting in contact with Brad last week, not returning any calls or responding to any emails, anyone had any luck?

Yup had bad dealings to, i was one of the lucky ones who got my car back twice after having to take it back after a gearbox mount was welded crooked and him forgetting to weld in harness plates for my passenger after doing my cage.

In light of everything that has been happening pro fabrication as a whole will be changing hands this coming week with a new owner.

The bussiness has grown to something I am unable to manage, fabricate, account keep, market etc etc so the time has come to do something about it and get it back on track.

There is to be a new owner who has already employed a full time workshop manager and a 2nd fabricator.

I will be staying on as a fabricator and this change will allow me to go back to the core of what I do best.

Now part of this exchange involves squaring off all the outstanding issues that are surrounding the business. Be it self inflicted or externally influenced.

I will make this very clear. Those who are unhappy email me your concerns and your proposed solution & between the new owner and myself we will be rectifying all concerns in the coming week or two one by one as a part of the bussiness sale agreement.

Fatz your issue had nothing to do with profabrication it was a personal deal and will be sorted by myself.

Nick your cylinder head I'm fairly sure was also a personal dealing??

Despite the issues as of late there is no denying by anyone that for years I have been supplying this community with quality cages and alloy work with far more happy customers than unhappy ones.

I want to thank everyone who has ever supported me and the bussiness it has been a tremendous roller coaster and the new owner has more plans to further expand the bussiness.

Hopefully in time people from this community realise this has been a tough time for myself and will be prepared to give us their work again knowing things are in control again.

To this who have been extending the hated towards myself and the business I'd also like to thank you.....

You've given me the drive to sell off the bussiness and change my lifestyle which needed to happen. I've been stressed for years over the workshop its had its ups and downs. Now my life can have some consistency and ill still be able to do what I love doing.

The new owner of the bussiness at this stage is unknown to the SAU community but is certainly not a stranger to the performance car industry.

For those wanting to contact the workshop there will be a new landline number in the coming week which lll be happy to notify people off.

So that is the solution for the bussiness current issues and I'd ask those involved to be patient over the next week or so as we arrange refunds and deliveries etc.

Email sent Brad.

This is how I saw things panning out long term, and honestly, is probably for the best so long as the new owner delivers on his promises, whatever they might be, now and in the future.

Not many would doubt the prices or the work, so if they remain the same, but someone else is at the helm, everybody will probably be happier.

Good luck to all.

i find this very interesting mate if this is the case! or is this just another bullshit lie?

does the "new owner" know that you have never had an employee on the books? What about your base statements? or lack of tax lodgment? not to mention the cash in hand jobs that you have been doing with people!!

you have never honored anything before so why would or should we believe that this will be now rectified?
