do the "new" owners know how much the business owes because regardless they now have to front the cost to pay back and what not if it goes legal!

which it should people!

If the new owners only bought the assets they are fine

If they bought ownership in the entity i.e. via shares then they will have an issue

im not deep into law but if he has sold on, you can try and sue the individual for the funds but good luck, i think its also too little too late, for god sake if you havnt, take appropriate legal action now and hope you can recover something.

Do it

Do it right

Do it right now!

LOL at the guy who brought this business. He obviously didnt do his background checks on the work he had done prior and the problems existing still to this day. Its one thing to say "oh i sold the business and now its all good" But a bad name and really bad word of mouth is a real income killer. Goodluck to the chap and hope all you guys get your money back thats owing.

p.s I did get my 32 cage done with him and a gearbox mount (originally welded in wrong) and exhaust. Cage is great, mount better now then before, exhaust good. I was just lucky that i got it back.

Damn I wanted to get him to mod my gtr sump for 9l. He had a pretty reasonable price. Who to go to now?

Someone who actually DOES the work you pay for.

Try member GOD12A; he's a GTR owner, runs an excellent business, and I'm sure could help you.

Brad has had my car for 2 years in April, owes me a substantial amount of money, and just shrugs his shoulders each time we speak.

I just cannot get over this guy. Brad, you are a massive disappointment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new owners knew about the crap, have renamed the business, and bought it for the equipment pretty much.

Brad still reads these threads and posts.

Fatz, it is nice to know he has been spending our money on cars for himself and his new girl.
