Not to sound like an infomercial but just get urself a turbotech for $40 and DW about it.

They dont spike like the bleeders and due to not being a bleeding operation promote faster spool faster too.

I have canned SO many EBC based setups ive worked on for a turbotech and never looked back.

I have a turbotech no problems just don't bleed to much pressure and use your right foot for boost control

+1 on the Turbotech boost tee, I got one lying around that I can send to you for $20 + postage. Held 12 PSI right to red line no fuss. I upgraded to a Jaycar IEBC now.

More on topic though, IIRC you use a restrictor on the feed from your intake to reduce spiking.

Thats it yeah, its what Evo's do to combat the electronic bleed valve they use to control boost.

Be warned though, the restrictor will naturally raise the boost level too... You will need to turn the tee down and you can effectively not run a tee at all with the right restrictor.

From memory a standard mig tip would boost an R32 GTST to 1 bar stable (same goes for a Z32)
