Basically thinking of putting in some RX7 FD Secondary 850cc Injectors into my RB25DET, which as far as I know are pretty much identically to Sard 850s, so to do so from my Understanding I need to get some Sard 850 Injector Collars as well as plugs.

Getting the plugs isn't hard at all because from what I know there basically same as denso plugs which I can get off ebay for around 10 bucks a plug which I think is a fair price.

As for the Collars I'm not to sure where to get them from, I found one set on EBay here, Which is 10 US a Collar and then like 65US for postage since its from the states so will end up around 120AU, Any where else that I seem to find them, there in sets of 4 for SR and seem to cost outrageous amounts, does anyone know a good place to get some Sard Collars so that I can make these fit.

Also well on the subject has anyone else done this, I'm quite sure several have, and if so do I need anything else for these to work, not to sure if I need to change the O-rings or not.

How much u paying for the injectors mate? Sard injectors are densos so you are on the right track with plugs and collars reason i ask is i got a set of 6 850cc Power enterprise injectors which are also densos brand new delivered for $800. Unless you are getting out of it REALLY cheap is it worth the dramas chasing parts and using 2nd hand injectors in ya baby?

I know its a fair chunk of cash more and $$$ are tight these days but dickin around chasing parts and well the uncertainty these will work for ya (at this stage) factor in an injector clean on top of ya $450 say around $80 for a clean and flow test brings u up to $530 for an extra 270 u are getting brand new injectors plugs the works all guaranteed to drop in and work without dramas.... I know every1 tries to save $$$ where they can but My 2c is seems like false economy to me as $530 is a big chunk of cash still for old injectors the extra for new 1's is guaranteed peace of mind imo. Good luck tho mate its always fun chasing performance bargains :-)

Its a fair call and if I was aiming for big power then I'd buy new injectors but I'm not aiming to push much more then 250kw.

Anyway does anyone have any idea on a good place to purchase collars from aus?

rx7 850's are still sold by blitz. I had a set of s6 rx7 550 side feeds in my rb25 and when one died Autobarn had the exact same injector on the shelf with a blitz box and associated mark up.

http://www.nengun.com/blitz/fuel-injectors-other-parts Top one is the collars you want, just need to get 6 ordered rather than the set of 4 shown. Get some new factory o rings too. the rx7 ones don't fit. You also need to trim the little screen thingy at the bottom or they won't fit the rail. And some vaseline or you'll tear the bottom o ring trying to fit it.

Honestly, get some nismos.
