Bsa
Hey everyone I'm going as it's stated and putting a rb25 (forged) into a e36 BMW coupe. I can't find any info on who has done it well not much anyway. Someone on here must know a few things about it and any help guidance would be great. Iv already purchased the coupe as a rolling shell so there is no turning back now. Bsa
The only thing im conserned about it engine height like the sump hitting. As the BMW motor is a slanted 4 banger Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/385788-rb25-into-a-bmw-coupe/#findComment-6153549 Share on other sites

N1GTR
The only thing im conserned about it engine height like the sump hitting. As the BMW motor is a slanted 4 banger So you've got a 318i or 318iS? Or 320i maybe? E36 did have a 6 piston engine in there, so my first step would be to google image search the 6cyl models and see if you can get any undercar pics to start off with Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/385788-rb25-into-a-bmw-coupe/#findComment-6153561 Share on other sites
N1GTR
Also Autosport did one of these last year, 2JZGTE with a single turbo - it was a bit too "pimp" on massive chromes etc but on M3 rims it would be a bit of fun. Hanaldo
I know there's a few differences and the motor is a 26 not a 25 and so on, but it may be helpful anyway? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/278761-pics-of-my-motor-build/ Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/385788-rb25-into-a-bmw-coupe/#findComment-6153619 Share on other sites
