hi, I imagine no one to remember my introduction from more than a year ago, when I first moved over from NZ, I had hoped to be getting an R34 Gtt then, but it has yet to happen, however now as chance would have it I'm about to be a proud owner of a 260RS, so I thought I'd come back to say HI again, I'm in the bankstown general area, where does Sydney SAUers meet and when? I'm keen to get back into it, been away from SDU for a long time now. also lots of stuff to ask about getting the new car on where to do alarms, exhausts, modding rules in Oz as we don't have all these rules in NZ, cheers guys look forward to meeting and chatting.

well its pretty stock, apart from its suspension, they feel quite stiff, also the lmgt4 obviously, will put up some proper photos later, when i go and do a photo session for it (as i'm a professional photographer, but mainly weddings and real estate), the friend that came along to the car yard will also be in it with his holden R8 ( dont hold it against him, he used to have a tomei n1 blocked r33 R before it got stolen), after he 'pressured' me to get back into the RBs he's tempted to come back also maybe a r34 vspec or vsepc 2, haha, looking forward to that,

but for now, not much to talk about the 260RS, gonna do some basic stuff 1st, exhuast, and filter, etc, prlly upgrade turbos later, with fuel pump and link ecu, i'll be happy with about 250-300kw at wheels, its gonna be a daily driver for my business, so, nothing too ridiculous haha

    • R12 has not been not available for....decades now. Propane is not a great replacement. (I mean, it's a great replacement, but it is a bit too flammable). R134a being the only way to go forward with an R12 system. The design pressures etc, are close enough to R12's to work. The ability to move heat around is close enough to R12's to work.
    • Out of curiosity, what's the reason for converting? I think @R3N3 might have the Frenchy's kit in the R33? I somehow think of you as the ambassador for realistic and clean street-driven setups nowadays
