Who Has Removed Their Tripple Guages?

hey, ive just installed a double din gps/dvd head unit to my rs4s and just wondering what people have done about their climate control units as mine will only fit in the middle slot. does the climate control in the auto have different mounting points or are the steel plates different?

also has anyone installed a gps antenna? where do you recommend i put it? my guess is it has to be in the dash but not under anything metal. ive read about putting it outside the car but id prefer to keep it hidden.

Some people make up a bracket for their climate control in the glove box.

Yes they do, I've had the opposite problem with removing my double din and installing triple gauges. My climate control will only go in the top slot

that's what i have had to do still need to get around to making a nice fiberglass surround

Was a PITA to get it sorted and I dont like the thought of pulling it out for another go

brackets are different for rs4s and rs4 need to swap and use as single dinn.
