Pulled a bit more of the car apart today, pics of front lip and rims:

Lip has two cracks and fair bit of scratching on the underside, probably fixable if you can plastic weld. That's why it's cheap.

Rims have awesome rubber about 85% tread, Maxxis on the front and Nankang on the rear.
