i dont think they have decided. i think it will depend on if its all finished in time.

I think they posted on Facestalk that they will be using the old(ish) layout.

One of the corners will be changed slightly I think from memory but thats about it.

yeah they have to use the full GP track now, i really really hope they don't use the older track as the new one looks so good and will allow the overseas teams more chance against the local teams as they won't have much testing.

That ridiculous. They should introduce a rule that wings etc must be within a certain percentage increase of the footprint of the car. Some person is going to end up depositing cars on kerbs which will just result in lose session time etc.

Turn 5 has also been changed due to the extra pit lane added to the outside of the curb meaning you can put all 4 wheels over the curb (which isn't a curb, just a concrete strip dividing the track from the pitlane).

The exit of Turn 9 is also much wider giving better exit speeds.

Laptimes will be easily a full second quicker than last year prior to any car development.
