i am under the impression that any coilover to suit r33 gtr will also fit series 2 stagea rs4s and 260 autecch. however when i look at places selling they list the 33 gtr around 300 bux cheaper? am i wrong to think they are the same? the spring rates listed for both are 8kg front 6 kg rear? im lost?

the fronts are the same, but rears are different, the rears top hats are smaller and the bolts are only 8cm apart, i can post up specs when i grab my spare suspension so people can compare them to whatever coilovers they want.

also i dont know how 8kg and 6kg will go. 6kg might be a bit soft for the heavy ass.

i run 13kg front and 9kg rears

thanks for the quick repsonse. exactly what i was after. ok so ill stick with stagea 260 listed coilovers. just out of curiosity is 13 front and 9 rear still reasonable over bumps etc for normal everyday use? i thought 8 and 56 was a bit low? any suggestions on spring rates to suit series 2 rs4s for odd track days and mainly daily driving? once again thanks for the help

Well Im using Stock springs with Bilstein shocks (with grooves for circlips to lower height) - its fricken firm over the bumpy adelaide roads, too firm under 80kmph but very decent above that speed. Great at the track. The shockers are so stiff you can barely push down on the car!

The stagea needs firmer rear suspension when compared to a skyline due to the mass.
