Hey guys, there's a cruise coming up and I'm buying this CB thru Jaycar Electronics' wholesale account.

Its a 1.5W CB that retails at Jaycar for $119. I can get em for $64.30 if I get 5 units or more. For comparison sake, a Uniden 2W unit costs around $150.

Obviously shipping to where you are will be extra, but I can fix that up with you once the order has been put through. i bought a unit similar to this one for my brother and its crap.

the clarity is very ordinary on the other end.

i will stick to my uniden (or another reputable brand name unit) always.

As for hands free kit, I'm gettin one too (along with a charger)

Jaycar has em for $14.95 (Hands free, mains charger and car charger are all the same price). I'd expect them to be about 20% cheaper through the wholesaler but for simplicity sake keep it at $14.95 for now.
