Fellas,

quick question (just searched a fair whack, but no one seems to have this problem?)

just installed a manual boost controller into my GT-T, and I was getting .7 Bar prior to, now I'm getting almost 0.9 Bar.

i also cleaned the panel filter.

the manual boost controller is all the way anti clockwise (fully closed), so effectively my circuit hasnt changed.

thoughts??

Tim

Its obviously still bleeding some air from the actuator mate.

Have you put a joiner in and tried it without the boost tee in?

Couldnt see how cleaning ya filter would bump your boost up unless it was near blocked

i got no idea, i just pulled the plug from the 2stage actuator, now its reading .6 kg/cm^2

im confused!!

it cant be leaking, wouldnt leaking cause less boost??

If the actuator line is leaking (losing pressure) then the actuator will remain closed longer therefore allowing the turbo to keep on the boost longer. That is the principle of the MBC.
