-5s two off and probably only hill climb dont need to worry about a drum of it, its now on pump 1600 injectors and currently have a nismo intank pump. could i get away with that or do i need to setup a surge tank setup and pumps. so the standard fuel lines are fine. power goal as much as it can get hahaha with the -5s

-5's.

Well I am running 70% duty on ID 2000's (which are 2225 cc). *quick calc* = 1557cc worth of injector. Thats for 420 rwkw. Daniel has made 400 rwkw on ID 1000's. Different tuners, different dynos. No idea.

See how you go with your current setup.

Is it a built engine?

lol...

But ye... The setup you have should be fine. It's "in the middle" of other setups (where some are 1000cc & some are 2000cc). Stock rail is also fine.

Fuel pump - arguable. Seems fine for some, not for others, depends on the tuner - go with what you have and see really.

If your going E85, i might have to as well, can't have you with more power than me @ HH :turned:

Just a tip; the search button is in the top right hand side of your screen. Or on mobile version, down the bottom.

Every aspect of this conversion has been covered with results by various members who have done it previously.

I'd suggest spending the time and doing the research.

ripps, we have very similar setups (as do most of the people posting these questions) built 26, -5's (i'm running 2530's).

I just have an intank Nismo and ID1000's. That's it. Obviously there's nothing wrong with going a surge tank, dual pumps etc either, just depends on the setup

and r31nismoid i do believe you already have more power than me!

Noooo... I'm only on 350 ATM due to exhaust, surely you'd have more than me!

Ash... E85? No way! I'll believe it when I see it

Well if the competition is doing it, you gotta change with the times.

Thinking a flex type setup actually. Lotta cash though to do it over my current setup.

ECU + MAP sensor is $1750 + $650 for sensor, looms and display + tuning

Sell Dinosaur FC for $700 odd, Nismo AFM's $500 odd.

It's not THHHATTT bad. You being the 'response' phene you are should be all over it!

DO IT!

hey guys, dont wanna start a new thread so ill ask here, as most setups are different im after an answer for mine -

Its running 18-20 psi and making just 300rwkw. As i'd like to lower the boost a little to save the motor that little more i was thinkin of e85 what would i need?

main mods included -

550cc injectors - dont know a/f ratio

gt3071 - highflow

pon cams

higher flowing pump - not sure which one its walbro i think not that that helps :/

and using a NIStune

and all other mods to reach the 300kw mark

P.S how good would an adjustable exh. cam gear effect the power (with having anything to do with e85 but as it is now)?????

Thankyou to who answers :thanks:
