Where Can I Find These Parts?

Hi there,

I have posted in the WTB section & also on G35Driver & also done numerous searches but I am not having much luck with looking for a couple of parts. First up I am after an Infiniti Airbag cover for a 2004 Coupe. Secondly I am after a spare key for a 2004 Nissan V35 specifically the internals of the key. Original key is a 3 button unit. I realise that I will have to get it programmed. I know that there has been some discussion on the key but I am having NO luck at all trying to find the internals of a key anywhere & I have been searching for quite a while now. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Air bag cover ? there are a fwe air bag covers, what exactly are you after?

As for key, do you have aftermarket alarm with its own remote?

The airbag cover I am after is to replace the standard Nissan one. The Infiniti one for a 2004 is exactly the same apart from the Nissan & Infiniti logos that are different. The car has the standard key/immobiser not an aftermarket alarm.

nissan US for the bag. the key - nissan locally can do them. I can as well when nissan japan wish to work with me.

Can you supply a link for the airbag from Nissan US or anywhere else Chris? As for the key, Synergy in Adelaide have the keys for $300 uncut & unprogrammed. Can anyone do better than that?

find a dealer in the USA and ring them. easier. it will have to come sea freight though as it is an explosive device. expect a $1500-2k ask though.

gievn the age I would not buy second hand.

then I would forget the idea. the ONLY way to buy that logo is WITH the bag.

I have seen a few Infiniti airbag covers on G35Driver & eBay but shipping to Australia is not always an option. I am sure that I will eventually get one but thought that there may be an easier or quicker way.
