C210 Parts Wanted

Hi folks, I am new to this forum and I am chasing a complete fuel filler unit for a C210 sedan, I believe the coupe is the same.

The small pin which holds the lid onto the filler snapped and I dont this can be repaired, so if anyboby has any spare units lying around, I am interesting in buying one.

I might be right out of line here as C210's are not my go at all, but at a guess it would just be a tapered pin and they can be purchased from any industrial fastener supplier, or at worst, try a roll pin, aka spring pin of the right dimensions.

Mate has one. Pretty certain it's complete with mounting bracket and spring. Cap is mint from what I remember.

Let me know what you are willing to pay and I'll see what he says.

The fuel filler cap is the same for sedan and coupe, but the painted metal triangular surround is a different shape.

It's easy to remove the filler from the assembly though.
