Cruise To Robertson Pie Shop!

Ok guys, it's 6 days off, but I'd like to put in an idea: if the weather is still bad I'd like to postpone the cruise; the pass is fine when it's dry, but when wet, can be all sorts of trouble. I know no-one's going to do anything stupid, but I'd like to put everyone's safety before enjoyment on this one. Possibly push it back 2 weeks or so if need be.

I'll keep an eye on the weather throughout the week.

well i went there a while ago and some turns were still slippery on dry roads, and the other drivers are unpredictable on what they would be like in the wet

thats the pass, and my phone was held up the the window,

but yeah there is either a big drop or a rock wall, if its wet ill take a pass

Just an FYI, the pass is closed from the 12th of March to some date I can't remember (will check sign tomorrow).

Also, the 11th is the day after the Robertson Show, so possible extra traffic (horse floats etc) going down the Pass.

Ah, good to know. Was going to ask you if there was anything going on, you seem to be going up and down the pass enough Spose I could have checked the RTA site...

Just came down, looked fine, bit slippery with all the debris/water.

Just got home, pass is still fine. Wet, but fine.

Us GTS-T boyz (with a "z") will just use our superior throttle control.
