I was gonna do the gear box and diff stuff at my brothers place. He is an apprentice at Ford in his final year, only a few months left. He has a S13 with an RB20 in it and was gonna do his fluids at the same time with me and borrow a pump from work to make it easier...

Sounds like you guys have a huge group already!!
