Defect Blitz!

Hey on channel seven news, was just saying about people in Melbourne clubbing, then it was saying how the police defected over 100 cars, and they showed a Supra, S14 and R33, just giving imports an even worse name. And gave out over 120 fines , was anyone there?

My mates and i decided to go for a cruise to phillip island last night...bad night to pick..we passed about 10 or so cop cars in the space of the first hour or so...1 of them put his lights on and tried to come around behind us but the intersection was way to busy for him to do a U turn

On the way home coming through st kilda at around 1am we saw a huge group of cop cars with their lights on...cant think of the name of the street but its near albert park turn-off where all the pubs are and it looked like a massive lineup of cars being held up...

so we turned off and went the long way home

I hear its going to happen tonight again, so steer clear of craple street and dont do anything stupid on the roads tonight...seriously they are everywhere lol

The blitz is goin for 3 weeks......so its best to avoid the Prahan/Toorak/ST.Kilda area all together....especially Chapel Street. Its supposed to help with the nightclub stabbings problem.....dont c how. ITs just a good excuse to get imports.

I maybe onto something but I recon there might just be a 24/7 raid on IMPORTS!!??!!? Dunno about you guys but I have noticed this over the last two years that I have owned one.

ya, i was there... not doing laps though . as i said in the vic thread about this, saw many cops, defected commodores and unhappy owners. saw imports, but none getting defected at the time.

U blokes dont realize how lucky you all are, here in s.a. we have to put up with that on a daily basis just going to the shops for bread and milk!!!!!!

I use to live closer to the city in Melbourne, shit I couldn’t drive to the shopping center without getting pulled over. Some how I never really got detected even with a monster tacho on the dash but I got a heap of P plate fines even with both P plates correctly displayed!!!!
