Jacking up an r33

I'm new to the forumns, so please don't laugh at me fellars. hehe. I have heard several stories of jacking up skylines with the standard jack bending the sills, and pushing out the front guard. That is behind the wheels and the front, and in front of the wheels at the back.

Is this true?

What is the best way to jack up a skyline using the standard jack?

Use either the Main 'rails' im not sure what they are called but you can really miss them if you look under the car..

OR where you are supposed to jack the car from .. just behind the front wheels in a bit from the sideskirt.
