Some VG30BB turbo's have a thicker shaft than the RB25 turbo. Some 30% from memory. Get yourself one of those, wack on the .6AR RB25 exhaust housing (straight bolt on), changover the compressor(will need to be drilled and balanced 60$) the comp cover from the RB25 turbo will also bolt straight onto the VG30 center. and turn the wick upto 18psi. 230rwkw will be achievable. Could even use the .8AR VG30 housing for another 5-10kw. I am running the same setup and my turbo has seen 18+psi for a year now. And rest assured I am not an easy person on a car.
