Help- What Tension Arp Main Studs?

HI,

Any one know the correct tension/ torque setting for ARP main studs (crank gridle studs) on RB30??

Also need Tension for ARP bolts on the spool conrods?

And how much difference in tension when using oil instead of the moly grease?

65ft pounds on mains

contact spool, the rod bolt will have arp something on them which is the type of arp bolt it is

Use arp lube, its pretty cheap and prevents guessing what torque it should be other then the manufacturers settings

Torque depends on the lube used. If you use the ultra torque lube, it is about 10lb different to the super moly arp lube and different again for engine oil lube.

ARP website has the information you need, if you can't find it, ring Performance wholesale or Rocket Industries, tell them the application and they will tell you what torque ARP suggest in their kits.

Every one I have done has been 70ft/lbs using the super moly and 65 using the ultra torque lube.

Also, did the rods come with L19's? I have just gone through this.
