Hi all.

Kind of random, but I'm wondering how you work out what the correct size is for a power steering cooler?

Want to fit one to my NM35 Stagea, funnily enough the series 2 PM35 had one standard, in preparation for some track days.

So far I'm looking at something like either http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130481576673?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_2770wt_1180 (which is similar to the stock PM35 cooler) or http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/270855089259?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_2319wt_1180

Second one looks bigger, another pass through the cooling fins. Besides needing a fraction more fluid, will it make any difference at all?

They don't need to be very big.  On the R32 GTSt the power steering cooler is just a loop of hydraulic pipe in front of the air con condensor (and not a very long loop either!).  A very small oil cooler will be sufficient unless you're going to flog it on the circuit.  The one that comes on the R34 GTSt is only a few inches by about 5 or 6 inches (from memory).
