Gtr Renforcement Bar On A Gts-T?

I purchased a GTR style front bar made for the Gts-t, i wanted it go on while the car is in the bodyshop getting work done. i got a call yesterday from the bodyshop saying my renforcement bar is to tall for the new bar an he would have to cut it. i was wondering if there was any difference between the GTR an Gts-t one an if the GTR one is smaller can it fit on a Gts-t? Im not crazy about cutting into my one.

32r rio is narrower, the bumper is probably springing back when he's trying to push it onto the rio. The holes at the back in the grill area wont line up either.

Yeah, I read on a for sale thread recently that a R32 GTR reo bar is required to be fitted to a GTST for a GTR front bar to fit

I recently sold my GTR reo bar , took awhile to go on this forum but as soonn as i put it on ebay it vanished. Gave it away for a $255 Sanded back and resprayed looked like brand new
